Procore was born in the spring of 2016, but the heart and talent behind it started much earlier. Since childhood, co-owners Brock and Arlin have enjoyed working on equipment. Brock had a passion for all things mechanical at a very early age. He remembers buying mowers, fixing them, and then selling them later for a small profit.

Arlin remembers changing out a Riding Lawn Mower transmission that had failed when he was only 8 years old. This led to repairing neighbors’ and friends’ ATVS and mowers. He gained further experience working at another dealership for 7 years before co-founding Procore.
