CFMOTO Care Extended Service Contract

Who backs this warranty. This is a CFMOTO Care Vehicle Service Contract, backed by CFMOTO — not by Procore Power Equipment. Procore is the authorized CFMOTO selling dealer only. We sell the contract and submit your registration to CFMOTO Care — we do not underwrite it, administer it, or decide claims. Every coverage decision, claim approval, and claim denial is made solely by CFMOTO Care under the terms of the contract. Procore Power Equipment is not liable for any claim that is denied, any repair that is not covered, or any change CFMOTO makes to the program. Claims and coverage questions go to CFMOTO Care at 1-866-406-1582.

How the term works. The term you select is the total coverage period from the date your unit was first sold, and it includes the 12-month CFMOTO factory warranty you already have. It is not 12 months plus the term. A 24 Month contract gives you 12 additional months beyond the factory warranty. A 36 Month contract gives you 24 additional months. A 48 Month contract gives you 36 additional months. A 60 Month contract gives you 48 additional months. A 72 Month contract gives you 60 additional months. Example: your unit was delivered on June 1, 2026. A 48 Month contract runs through June 1, 2030 — the factory warranty covers the first year, this contract covers the remaining three.

A CFMOTO Care contract picks up where your factory warranty leaves off. It pays a CFMOTO dealer or licensed repair facility to fix a mechanical breakdown — a covered part failing due to a defect in materials or workmanship — on your CFMOTO ATV, after the factory warranty expires, for the term you select.

Select your model and term above, enter your VIN, mileage, and purchase date, check any add-on coverage that applies to your unit, and add to cart. We'll register the contract with CFMOTO Care and email your contract documents.

What's Covered

Mechanical breakdown — Any part that was covered under CFMOTO's original factory warranty, unless specifically excluded below. Repairs use genuine CFMOTO parts where possible. Deductible is $0 on new units.

Rental reimbursement — Up to $20 per day for up to 6 days of substitute transportation during a covered repair.

Dealer pickup — Up to $50 to have your unit picked up and taken to a repair facility for a covered repair.

Repair anywhere — Any authorized CFMOTO dealer or licensed repair facility in the US or Canada.

Transferable — If you sell your unit, the contract transfers once to the new owner for a $25 fee.

Eligibility

To qualify as a new-unit contract, your unit must have more than 30 days of factory warranty remaining on the date you purchase. Units past that window may qualify for a used-unit contract with different terms and a $50 deductible — call us.

Coverage is for personal use only unless the Commercial Usage add-on is purchased. Commuting to and from work counts as personal use.

Add-On Coverage

The standard contract excludes certain uses, modifications, and equipment. The add-ons below buy back those exclusions. If one of these applies to your unit and you don't select it, that use or equipment is not covered — and in the case of commercial use or snow plowing, your entire contract may be voided. Add-ons must be selected when you purchase the contract; they cannot be added later.

Commercial Usage — $400 — Required if your unit is used for any non-personal purpose. This includes rental or for-hire use, business delivery of equipment or materials (construction, landscaping, welding, mobile repair), government or emergency-services use, and route work. Without this add-on, any commercial use voids the contract. Emergency roadside benefits are not available on commercial-use units.

Electronic Accessories Package — $400 — Covers electronics that are otherwise excluded, whether factory-installed or dealer-installed: radio/stereo system (speakers and headsets excluded), Bluetooth transmitter/receiver, GPS navigation, cameras, display monitors, communication devices, spot lights, accent lights and lightbars (bulbs excluded), electric winches, and electric coolers. The standard contract excludes all of these, even if they came from the factory. Accessories must be factory- or dealer-installed.

Snow Plow Equipped Vehicle — $600 — Required if your unit has a plow or plow mount, or is used to plow snow, whether the blade is attached or not. This add-on keeps the rest of your unit covered when you use it for plowing. The plow blade, attachment hardware, and plow mechanisms themselves are not covered under any plan. Without this add-on, plowing voids the contract.

Powertrain Performance Modifications — $400 — Required if your unit has aftermarket performance modifications. Covers units with performance tuners/chips, engine internals (pistons, crankshaft, bearings, rods, lifters, camshafts, pulleys), fuel management systems, aftermarket turbo/supercharger, exhaust header/manifold/muffler, intake manifold and air intake, throttle body, CVT drive/driven clutches (excluding wear parts), and CV drive axles. All modifications must be installed by Procore or a licensed repair facility. Without this add-on, any powertrain modification voids coverage on related failures.

Suspension / Tire Modifications — $400 — Required if your unit has a lift, aftermarket suspension, or tires more than 2 inches over factory spec. Covers lifts up to 10 inches and tires up to 36 inches, plus aftermarket control arms, sway bars and end links, springs, shocks, extended swing arms, and roll cages. Lift-kit spacers and portal units are not covered. Modifications must be installed by Procore or a licensed repair facility. Without this add-on, suspension and steering failures on a modified unit are excluded.

Trailer Package — $170 — Covers the trailer you haul your ATV on: brake master cylinder, hydraulic brake actuator and backing plates; axles, brackets, bunks, couplers, fenders, hubs, roller cradles, spring hangers, welds and winch stands; and springs. This does not cover damage from towing a trailer with your ATV — that's a separate exclusion.

What's Not Covered

The contract excludes, among other things: scheduled maintenance and wear items (filters, plugs, belts, brake linings, clutch plates, tires, batteries, hoses); glass, body panels, paint, trim, upholstery, and cosmetic issues; damage from misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, overheating, bad fuel, or water ingestion; collision, fire, theft, weather, and flood damage; racing or competitive use; pre-existing conditions; failures caused by non-covered parts or aftermarket components; and repairs performed without prior authorization from CFMOTO Care. Consequential damages (lost time, lodging, towing beyond the dealer-pickup benefit) are not covered. Read the full contract for the complete list.

How to File a Claim

Take your unit to any authorized CFMOTO dealer or licensed repair facility. Before any repair over $500 begins, you or the shop must call CFMOTO Care at 1-866-406-1582 to verify coverage and get a claim authorization number. Repairs done without authorization are not covered. Keep all maintenance receipts — CFMOTO Care may ask for them.

Cancellation

Cancel within 30 days of purchase with no claims for a full refund. After 30 days, a pro-rated refund of the unused term less a $25 administrative fee. Refunds are processed by CFMOTO Care and issued through Procore as the selling dealer.
